i want to say that taylor swift is amazing for the simple fact that she actuallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly writes her own lyrics…imagine that! anyway, i have over six hundred country songs that i want to sell….so someone as talented as she can sing them. and i am here to tell you….if she doesnt want to sing them maybe someone else will. either way there isnt anybody writing songs like these…and i say that without a hint of arrogance.

Glen…Wouldn’t every songwriter want to co-write with Paisley? Problem is, he has several great writers who are very close to him, and together they write some of the greatest stuff in the world. It’s rare that anyone outside his close circle gets a cut on an album of his. We consider it an honor that we have one of only 3 outside cuts on “This Is Country Music.” It’s cut 9, “Toothbrush.” You’ll see our publisher credit listed as Par G Music, our BMI publishing firm.
