Pay Back for Taylor Swift?
Taylor Swift’s “Tim McGraw” got a lot started for her career, now somebody’s paying her back. A new guy named Tyler Dean is on Curb Records with a new song called “Taylor Swift.” A new trend? Will every singer now have a song sung to him/her? We sure hope not. The airwaves could become waves of nausea. Not saying Tyler is such…fact we wish him luck.
Taylor sure keeps it going. Biggest record seller in a long while. All over the news. We met her father for lunch to get some of the behind-the-scenes story on this teen phenom. He told us how the whole family moved to the Nashville area on a great act of faith in their daughter.
Obviously it’s been a good move. Taylor has been dominating the charts and the sales figures for the last 2 years. And making appearances on all the important TV shows. Best of all, she seems to keep her head on straight. Which can be tough in the midst of such a meteoric career.
