Quotes on Taylor Swift at the Songwriters Hall of Fame Awards

As usual, our girl Taylor Swift wowed’em again. (Is that like dejavu all over again?) This time at the Songwriters Hall of Fame Awards. Some quotes:

“Wunderkind” —NEKESA MUMBI MOODY, AP Music Writer (Funny, Moody doesn’t look German!?).

“…wearing a pair of shoes that made us nervous” —Huffington Post (Anybody nervous that we’re checking with the Huff?)

“sprinkling a little bit old-Hollywood glamor on the 41st Annual Songwriters Hall of Fame ceremony” —MTV Buzzworthy Blog (MTV… not just for rockers’n rappers any more)

“Taylor Swift was again without sparkle on the red carpet” —Red Carpet Fashion Awards (Hmm. Could it be that someone is jealous that a young upstart from Nashville is stealing attention from the snob crowd?)

“…she’s no accident. You could put her in a time machine in any era and she would have a hit record,” —John Mayer (Mayer’s definitely out of the league of the snob.)

Call this a quote from us: No matter what anybody says, Taylor’s the winner. Every time. This time, it was the Hal David Starlight Award. Yay, Taylor!

Hi, well, put it one way mate, I am into any style of music at all. I have played the piano for over 20 years now and compose my own music, and I am trying to set up my own business. So this could perk me up! So if I know what her voice was like, and what sort of style she was into for a dead cert, I could may be compose something for you. All I need help with is the lyrics. I was actually on the verge of composing a music for theatre. I passed the classical piano grade 8, 3 years ago now, was hoping to go on to teach, but I need the theory behind me.So as I say this give me a bit of a boost. So if I knew what she sounded like, and what style she liked I could do something for you.

    Take care,

    Dan.

The software I also use is Sibelius 6 for creating professional sheet music for doing full Orchestral scores. I also use Cubase 5 for recording and mixing my own music, using a KORG N364 synthesizer.
