When faced with an Internet leak, Taylor Swift just goes with the flow.
According to Reuters, an MP3 leak forced the Grammy-winning songbird to move up the release of her newest single, “Mine,” by about twelve days. The 20-year-old pop star’s record label, Big Machine Records, released a statement explaining that the MP3 was of subpar quality, and they’d decided to let fans hear the song in all its glory on iTunes and country radio.

Rascal Flatts to Join Big Machine : MusicRow

Big Machine President/CEO Scott Borchetta announced today 7/29 that Rascal Flatts would be the latest addition to the Big Machine family. A new album called Nothing Like This, produced by Dann Huff, is due out November 16. The first single “Why Wait,” written by Neil Thrasher, Tom Shapiro and Jimmy Yeary, is being released to radio today.

Kenny Chesney continues to top Forbes’ list of Country Music’s 10 Top Earning Artists in 2010. Also ranking #1 last year, he pulled in an estimate earnings of $50 million from 2009-2010.
