Thirteen Paramount Nashville Writers Get Record Deal for Christmas

It’s indeed a very Merry Christmas for thirteen writers who have Christmas songs on iTunes and Amazon MP3. Their songs are on these two great music sites, where anyone in the world can buy them, due to a record deal with NashvilleSong Records… obtained for them by Paramount Group.

You and everyone else can go see what’s going on (and buy songs if you wish) by logging into iTunes or Amazon.com/MP3 and doing a quick search for the album title, “Christmas from Nashville.” It’s all due to a deal we’ve been working on for some time now to get our writer clients where the action is in music sales. And the action is definitely in digital downloads, sales of which have been rising sharply, while CD sales have been falling.

It is expected that we will be able to help many more songwriters and lyricists realize their dream of getting their songs recognized and sold throughout the world. The Christmas album is just the beginning of a major new effort, with far more to come shortly after the first of the year.
